2020 saw us, like so many businesses, having to adapt our way of living and working. And, as such, See Change Hypnotherapy moved online! We were surprised, as were many of our clients, just how effective the online sessions have proven to be, so even though we are holding face-to-face sessions and seeing our wonderful clients in person once more we will still continue to offer the option of virtual sessions, via Zoom.

Solution Focused hypnotherapy is a gentle but powerful therapy that can help to treat a wealth of issues and problems; from depression, anxiety or intrusive thoughts, to weight loss, stopping smoking, overcoming phobias and many more besides*.
Based on neuroscientific research throughout, by using a combination of numerous methods, including hypnosis, CBT, NLP, psychotherapy and other theories such as Human Givens, Solution Focused hypnotherapy can help break patterns of behaviour and, thus, enable us to make positive changes in our lives.
As the name suggests, it is a positive therapy, we do not negatively regress - 'solution focused' rather than 'problem focused' - and because of this we can begin to change negative habits to positive habits of both behaviour and thought.
Because every client is different with different problems and different needs, we know that one size does not fit all. What can I expect from online treatment?
All you need to attend an online session is a computer or device with speakers or headphones and with a good internet connection (preferably not a mobile phone as they can bring all sorts of issues with alerts, messages and the like), and some quiet time for yourself in a place you can relax undisturbed. Everything else, we provide!
Although the free online consultation lasts for 90 minutes, the sessions themselves are 60 minutes long and are split into half - we talk for 30 minutes, you relax for 30 minutes. There is no negativity, there is no pressure, there is just time for you... Time to gently find solutions to your problems and make the changes necessary to make your future a brighter, more positive one!
How Online Hypnotherapy works:-
*Hypnotherapy is an effective method of treatment, however success is not guaranteed and full client commitment is important. For example, listening to our accompanying therapeutic audio tracks between sessions is a vital element in the process and participation is required. This will be fully explained in the initial consultation. Results may vary from person to person.
