We're excited to announce our new project; weekly group hypnosis sessions!
We will be running group sessions early Monday morning, Monday evening, Friday morning and evening.
These are designed as group hypnotherapy sessions with no interaction or contact between the group, just access to some specifically tailored hypnotherapy that will set you up for a busy day/week and unwind you in the evening.
New language patterns will be added occasionally and you will have a member's area to access links and other information.
Say good-bye to that Monday morning feeling and kick away the stress in an evening with our hypno-powered Stress and Relaxation sessions!

Single Ticket booking - £25
Double Ticket booking - £40
Triple Ticking booking - £60
Monthly Sunscription - £95
You can drop in for a single session, book two sessions and use them when you like or book a monthly subcription and turn up to them all. The more you attend the more our sessions will 'bed in' and start to structure your week with positive thinking, energy and great sleep.
*Every Second Monday of the month. Times to be confirm two weeks in advance but won't vary too much.
